The People´s Deputies, representatives of central executive bodies, the General Prosecution, and the Supreme Court of Ukraine, scientists and experts attended the meeting.
The Draft Labour Code of Ukraine is to define basic principles and mechanisms of implementation of employees´ constitutional labour rights and safeguards; create due labour conditions and protect interests of employees and employers under market economy conditions.
The participants of the meeting call for creating a working group on elaboration of the Labour Code of Ukraine under the Committee on Social Policy and Labour. The said group is to include three representatives from each social partnership party.
